How to Afford Designer Goods On A Budget!

Hey Fashionista! When you're working hard to pay off credit card debt or college loans, while affording other essentials in life, buying designer goods seems laughable.  Who has an extra $2,500 to spend on a Louis Vuitton hand bag? It's hard enough to save half that each month!! Oh, I hear ya! But, what if I told you there is a way to still enjoy designer goods on a budget? Are you rolling your eyes yet? Good!

Sure a $2,500 Louis Vuitton bag is out of the question - unless you really commit to saving! But, that doesn't mean you have to deprive yourself from luxury until your next promotion or tax refund. Nah!  Designers ALWAYS have fabulous merchandise that you would use in other ways that you can enjoy now.

Let me explain....

Say you've had your big beautiful heart set on a Michael Kors Studded Leather Clutch that's $795. But you just paid extra moola towards your student loans (good girl!). Don't worry. If you love Michael (I like to think we're on a first name basis - even if only in my mind! ;) then check out his fragrant perfume line! His fragrances start at $45 and go up from there. Much more affordable.

Or, maybe you're a Coach girl. Instead of a $800 bag, you can start with a chic wristlet for $48! They are very handy for storing your lip gloss, money and i.d. when you're going out for dancing and drinks. Coach also has super fem scarves that start at $48. I adore their spring prints right now!

Do you see where I'm going with this? You can afford designer goods on a budget! It isn't as lofty as a goal as one (Fashionista) might think. Pick something that is more in-line with your budget and enjoy.

Once you start doing this, you might start noticing how you're able to acquire more of the designer goods you love. It's an unspoken Universal thing, but sometimes we believe it's hard to get the things (such as designer handbag!) we want. But often times, when we make one small step towards the thing we want, we open up to receiving more.

I hope you enjoyed my tip on how to afford designer goods on a budget! Be sure to share with your other Fashionista friends on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest! Wishing you a fabulous day.
